How about one last summer fling? This raspberry whip is light, fluffy and yummy, perfect for Labor Day. It’s one of our family favorites. Raspberry Whip 1 – 10 oz. Frozen Raspberries 2 cups of granulated sugar 2 egg whites 1/8 teaspoon salt ½ pint heavy cream Vanilla wafers Directions: Thaw raspberries in refrigerator. In glass mixing bowl add raspberries, sugar, egg whites, and salt.  Beat 10 minutes until glossy and holds soft peaks. Whip cream and fold into raspberry mixture. Pour over vanilla wafer crust.
